Leslie continues to expand her knowledge, taking specialized training and receiving certification in areas such as Resource / Timeline Therapy, Working with Cancer Patients and Caregivers, Virtual Gastric Band, and is an Educational Performance Practitioner for exam anxiety, to name but a few.

Hypnosis is a natural state that we all go in and out of multiple times a day. Do you ever find yourself daydreaming? That is a form of hypnosis! Love losing yourself in a good book, or a movie? Yup, you are in a trance then too! Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind, which is 90% to 95% of the mind. This is where everything that does not require conscious thought takes place; this is where our old, outdated habits and belief systems reside and, therefore, where we need to go to replace them with something more beneficial.

Leslie has successfully worked with clients as young as 8 and as “mature” as 80+, in areas such as anxiety, stress management, weight management, smoking cessation, exam anxiety, alcohol reduction, fears and phobias, fertility, pain-free childbirth, releasing unwanted thought patterns and limiting beliefs, confidence building, sleep issues, pain management and so much more!

Leslie introduced Reiki into her practice in 2015 and is a certified Usui Reiki Master / Teacher. She is also a certified Animal Reiki Practitioner.
Reiki is a natural and relaxing healing modality used to promote and restore emotional well-being. Reiki has been used for hundreds of years as a non-invasive means to improve relaxation, natural healing, relieve stress, release emotional blockages and support other traditional medical therapies.
As a certified Reiki Master, Leslie skillfully utilizes this gentle touch therapy and its specific techniques to transfer and redirect energy within the client to enhance the body’s natural ability to restore balance which promotes self-healing. A Reiki session can leave you with a sense of awareness and balance of your mind, body, and soul.
